Online booking is available 24/7 via this website or via linking through our social channels. If you wish to discuss your options in more detail then please call the salon on 01555 666457 during our opening hours Tuesday to Friday where we would be happy to answer any questions. 

These can be pre-booked as an appointment or carried out by telephone to determine the best treatment for your individual needs, helping us to offer you the very best service possible.

All appointments require a 25% minimum deposit. Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made minimum of 24 hours in advance of your appointment time, failure to do so will result in your deposit being held. We reserve the right to charge the appointment in full. 

If this is your first visit to Diva it would be appreciated if you could arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time in order to complete a client record card which will be held on file. 

All client details are kept secure and protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

As a courtesy to other clients in the salon, and to enable you to fully relax, we ask that you switch your mobile phone off/silent and take any calls outside the salon.

When booking an appointment you must inform us if you are pregnant, on medication or have any other medical condition that may affect your treatment.
 We may require a doctor’s letter.

You are always welcome to arrive early for appointments and leave late, so that you can benefit from some chill-out time in one of our relaxation spaces.

All major credit cards accepted. All courses to be paid for in full at time of booking. Gift vouchers and pre-payments are non-refundable.

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
