Q: Where is the salon located in Lanark and where can I park?Diva is located at the top of the North Vennel between the main street and Tesco. Free car parking is available close to the salon. Please note the parking restrictions where you park. More detail can be seen on our Find us page

Q: When should I arrive for my appointmentWe would always ask that you arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment to get you registered. This is even more important if its your first visit to the salon where we would ask you arrive 15 mins before your treatment. For more details on your first see our your visit page

Q: Do you have a late night?Yes, we are open until 8pm on Wednesday and Thursdays.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?A: We accept both cash and card whatever is your preferred choice. Note we do not accept American Express

Q: What if I need to cancel my appointment?Appointments can be changed or moved as long as we have more than 24 hours notice. Last minute cancellations or no shows will result in your deposit being kept and we reserve the right to charge the full appointment cost.

Q: Do you sell gift vouchers?Yes, these are available here on the website or in the salon. All vouchers are valid for 6 months. Please click here to view our options.

Q: Do you take deposits for appointments?We take a minimum deposit of 25% of the treatment value whether the treatment is booked online, over the phone or in person.

Q: Can I choose my therapist for my treatment?You can indicate a preference when booking if you have a favourite therapist, please be aware that this will restrict your options when looking at the calendar availability.

Q: How far in advance do I need to book?As soon as you need an appointment please book either here online or by calling the salon, as the diary fills up fast. 01555 666 457 or clicking the Book Now button.

Q: Why is it necessary to undergo a patch test before certain beauty treatments?A: To keep you safe and comfortable, we ask for a quick patch test before treatments like eyelash extensions, tinting, tanning, lift and tint. This test, done 48 hours before your appointment, checks for any allergic reactions by applying a tiny amount of the product to your skin. This way, we can make sure you have a pleasant and worry-free experience with us.

Q: I haven't been in for a while does a patch test last?If it's been more than 6 months since your treatment a new patch test must be completed before we can treat you.
